Our property for sale
Guildford is double glazed and centrally heated, with plenty of double electrical
sockets throughout. The layout of our property affords a great deal of flexibility, whether
throwing a party, having a family get together or everyone doing something different. We've had
naming ceremonies for our children here with over 80 guests plus our annual Fireworks 'do' and
summer Bar-b-que. All are great examples of flexible indoor/outdoor living with the food
inside and the hotstuff outside (obviously!) that this property allows.
We hear so much about "flow" and Feng Shui on interior design
programmes, we don't know too much about that we just know that this house just works for us.
From relaxing in the living room to putting on a party, from school morning breakfasts to lazy
Sunday roasts we know that for the right family this house is going to be a property to be
proud of and a fantastic home in which to raise a family. We really would stay here if we
