When you pull up to the property you'll see that it's set quite a
way back from the road. And with the drive providing you with ample off road parking you'll never
be stuck for a place to park your car or cars.
The garden benefits from the dhade of a tree in next doors front
garden and has some lovely seasonal flowers in the borders. I think Hyasenths and Daffodils as well
as some others I have no idea about! They look pretty though. There is also Honeysuckle and roses
around the door as a finishing touch. It's a very low maintenance garden, with well established
palnting and borders. We're not very green fingered but it was very easy to keep in trim and we
think you'll agree that the house looks lovely with it's nice green lawn and front door adorned
with roses and Honeysuckle.
The grass is slow growing and we had plans to possibly add
a removable front fence which matched the rear fence that could be taken out for
additional parking.
Access to the rear of the property is via the side gate which takes
you onto the patio and offers you a choice of entering the house either from the patio
doors of the kitchen door.
