The property has some really nice interior features but the thing that swung it for us wer the gardens, when we moved in they were really unkempt, no, really, REALLY bad. The grass in the back garden was so long it took my one weekend to cut it with a petrol mower and then the fence fell down as the grass was the only thing holding it up. We have since just kept the garden at bay as it were. It was on our list of jobs but as said before we HAVE to move. Since moving in we have extensively improved the outsdie spaces. Remvong a dangerous wall to the front of the property and leaving it open for vehicle access. A new wall could be built or a fence put up to match the lovely open pale fence we invested in in the back garden.

We have put down a huge deck, created a 30ft patio, which nealry killed us. We've improved the drains and put up a 6ft wall along the edge of the deck which is a pure sun trap

We trimmed, cropped and beat the garden into submission and it's a great place to throw a barbeque, outdoor party and enjoy yourself. We've had 30 adults and 20 kids running about in it before, it really is an asset.

We even have an office/play room at the bottom of the garden with full security and heat light and power. It's an extra room and the commute is always excellent.

The rear garden doesn;t stop at the office/play room with a smaller shed and utensil store behind. All in all it's over 150 ft long ideal for growning your very own vegetables. We did when we first moved in and had crops of onions, rocket, carrots etc. Next door lets you have their windfall apples, two types. There's a Damson tree and we even had Morel mushrooms growing wild in the garden last year. Like we say it's a bit special this house and we know that if a family buys it they'll be very happy here.
